 Why is staff so important??

Currently, there is no licensure required for performing ultrasound in any state. Sadly, it is estimated that the majority of persons performing ultrasound today have not even demonstrated minimum entry level competence.

You should demand that anyone performing your vascular testing is a  Registered Vascular Technologist ("RVT"), credentialled by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, the most respected organization providing a certification for ultrasound professionals. http://www.ardms.org

QVI staff are regularly invited to lecture on a national and international basis on a wide variety of clinical, technical, and professional issues. QVI staff have a large number of publications in peer reviewed professional journals to our credit.

All are members and most are very active in the Society for Vascular Ultrasound ("SVU") http://www.svunet.org ,    a national organization dedicated to the advancement of noninvasive vascular testing and improving patient care.
